ERSTE Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H. was founded in 2007. It stands for the development, launch and management of solid property investments. With the two public funds, the ERSTE IMMOBILIENFONDS and the ERSTE RESPONSIBLE IMMOBILIENFONDS, we primarily target interested private investors. We also offer customised investment strategies for institutional investors in the area of special real estate funds.

Group Expertise and Strategic Partnerships
ERSTE Immobilien KAG is backed by shareholders who contribute their extensive expertise. The majority of the shares are held by Erste Asset Management (EAM). It coordinates and is responsible for all asset management activities within the Erste Group.
Other shareholders include S Immo AG and Wiener Städtische Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group. This means that ERSTE Immobilien KAG benefits from strong strategic partners.
