Our aim
Our aim is to promote regional projects, particularly in the field of real estate. One example of this is our partnership with “neunerhaus”. neunerhaus is a Viennese social organisation that empowers homeless individuals to lead dignified and self-determined lives. People in need are provided with help to help themselves and to sustainably improve the circumstances of their lives.
In addition, we support the Caritas Mother & Child Houses. The facilities provide a temporary home for mothers and their children affected by acute homelessness.
As a real estate investor, we seek to support those who are less fortunate. Our focus is on specific donation goals, primarily related to real estate. The aim is to ensure that aid reaches the people who are in genuine need.
