The building is well connected to the public transport (bus) and the next U-station can be reached by a then minutes walk. Beside the shopping facilities on the Simmeringer Hauptstraße the infrastructural environment with schools and kindergarten is good.

ERSTE IMMOBILIENFONDS acquired an appartment building, located at the Leberberg, from s Wohnbauträger GmbH. According to legal stipulations the building was appraised by two external experts. The average of both appraisals is the maximum price which may be paid. In fact, the purchase price was below this average.
The residential building is situated in the 11th district of Vienna, nearby Leberberg - a recreation area near to the town. The property consists of 330 appartments and a underground garage with 300 parking spaces. The environment is a residential area with a high rate of green space. In addition to the shopping facilities, schools and kindergarten are in inmediate vicinity. The tram station ist nearby and the rapid train railway station can be reached within a 10-minutes-walk.
