In Vienna Floridsdorf, the new city district "Vielschichtig Wohnen – Schichtgründe" is being built on the historical site of the "Schichtwerke". It borders the campus of the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna on one side. The residential property (building right) for the FIRST REAL ESTATE FUND is on the other edge of the area on Hans-Czermak-Gasse.

Aspern Vienna´s Urban Lakeside

Aspern Vienna´s Urban Lakeside is one of Europe’s largest real estate development area. Within the next two decades, there will be constructed a multifunctional district including apartments, space for office and service companies and, in addition, a separate center for R&D, sciences, and education. Facilities for culture, leisure, and sports will complete the thorough concept. Subway line U2 and various bus and tram lines offer a perfect link to the public transportation system. Transport connection to S1 and A23 are being projected.

ERSTE Immobilien KAG acquired 4 panels in aspern Vienna´s Urban Lakeside for ERSTE IMMOBILIENFONDS. On these panels, some 332 apartments were constructed. The fund purchased the properties themselves after their completion in March 2015.

The heart of the seaside city is the lake, which gave the residential buildings its name. On its shore stands with "Lakeside" one of the most interesting objects of the new district. 131 apartments offer tenants a direct view of the lake, which can no longer be installed. It is a home for all generations and lifelong. Furthermore, the apartments have many amenities such as underfloor heating and cooling. Each apartment has a brand kitchen, as well as oak parquet.

ÖGNB also awarded the “LAKESIDE” residential property of ERSTE Immobilien KAG 883 ÖGNB quality points (out of 1,000 points). The residential property was also recognized by klimaaktiv.
