ERSTE Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H. has been licensed as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager pursuant to § 6 (1) in conjunction with § 4 (1) AIFMG and is authorized to manage AIF in the form of real estate funds in accordance with the ImmoInvFG (§ 4 (1) AIFMG)

Pursuant to the license extension notice dated May 14, 2024, ERSTE Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H. is authorized to manage AIF with the strategy “real estate strategies/other real estate strategies".
