ERSTE Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H. was established in 2007 and stands for the development, issue and management of profitable and sound real estate investments.
The funds, managed by ERSTE Immobilien KAG, place emphasis on already developed and rented properties and on project developments with a special focus on the residential sector. Furthermore, the funds invest in office and commercial premises as well. The regional focus is on Austria and Germany.
