Mit November 2024 kommt es zu einer personellen Veränderung in der Geschäftsführung der ERSTE Immobilien KAG: Manfred Lentner (45), bisher in leitender Funktion für operative Belange und Plattformen in der Erste Asset Management, tritt in die Geschäftsführung des Unternehmens ein und übernimmt die Funktion des Chief Operating Officers (COO) und Chief Risk Officers (CRO) von Günther Mandl (65), der sich nach 44 Jahren verdienstvoller Tätigkeit im Wertpapier- und Asset-Management-Bereich der Erste Group in den Ruhestand zurückzieht.
Die Geschäftsführung der ERSTE Immobilien KAG setzt sich seit 1. November 2024 somit aus Peter Karl (CEO, Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung) und Manfred Lentner (COO, CRO, Geschäftsführer) zusammen.
Manfred Lentner bringt langjährige Management-Erfahrung aus verschiedenen Funktionen im Asset Management, sowohl in liquiden wie auch illiquiden Anlageklassen sowie bei strategischen Projekten mit.
Manfred Lentners Vorgänger Günther Mandl war vor seiner Geschäftsführer-Tätigkeit bei der ERSTE Immobilien KAG viele Jahre in leitenden Funktionen im Wertpapier-Bereich der Erste Group tätig, u.a. als Geschäftsführer der ERSTE-SPARINVEST sowie der Asset Management Gesellschaften in Serbien, Kroatien und der Slowakei. Zudem bekleidete er Aufsichtsratsfunktionen in den osteuropäischen Tochtergesellschaften der Erste AM, wo er nach dem Fall des Eisernen Vorhangs maßgeblich am Aufbau des Wertpapier-Geschäftes beteiligt war. Er wird der Erste Asset Management weiterhin als Berater für strategische Projekte zur Verfügung stehen.
