After completing his jurisprudential education at the University of Vienna, Mr. Karl has been working in the banking sector (real estate investments) since 2001. As head of department, he was responsible for the product management and investor relations for open-ended real estate funds. As a CEO of ERSTE Immobilien KAG since 2007, his area of responsibility includes acquisition and real estate-, funds- and product management as well as legal issues.

Trained in the University of Economics in Vienna, the business economist has been a licensed real estate trustee for administration, broker service and property development since 1992. Working in the real estate industry since 1988, Ms. Besenhofer has been particularly active in the areas property management, broker service and the development of apartment buildings. Since 2007 she has been heading the department Real Estate Investment & Management in IMMORENT AG, supporting real estate transactions and optimising property portfolios. At the same time she acts as Prokuristin *) for ERSTE Immobilien KAG.

Ms. Gall started her career in Erste Bank Group, where she was in charge of documentary and guarantee business as well as trade finance for corporate clients for many years. Since 2002 she works in the area Real Estate Asset Management in IMMORENT AG. She studied extra-occupational real estate economics on FHW Vienna (an university of applied sciences). In recent years she managed properties in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Ms. Gall is owner's representative for Austrian properties in ERSTE Immobilien KAG.

With the launch of open-end real estate investment funds in Austria in the year 2003 Mr. Puschnig´s area of expertise was expanded by the sector fund management. Since 2008 he is fund manager of ERSTE Immobilien KAG.

As the proprietors representative she looks after the properties of ERSTE Immobilien KAG in Austria as well as Germany.

Ms. Wenkel studied architecture at the TU Vienna and the RWTH Aachen as well as real estate economics at ADI in Hamburg. After that she worked as a real estate expert at a real estate assessment company that operates throughout Europe. Subsequently she gained experience in the area purchase and sale. In ERSTE Immobilien KAG she is responsible for the investment management as well as the acquisition of objects in Germany and Austria.
