Invest without going through the stock exchange
The ERSTE IMMOBILIENFONDS enables interested investors to make small or large investments in European real estate. The fund is an open retail fund as defined in the Austrian Real Estate Investment Fund Act (ImmoInvFG). Unlike for real estate stocks, the price for retail funds is not dictated by developments on the stock exchange, but reflects the value of the properties held in the fund's portfolio. This means that you can buy and also sell your shares in the fund regardless of the supply and demand on the stock exchange.
Investment strategy
The ERSTE IMMOBILIENFONDS concentrates on developed residential properties and also offices and shops. The individual properties are selected on the basis of their ability to generate sustainable. The fund's regional focus is on Austria and Germany (currently no investments in other EU countries).
The overall goal is to set up a portfolio of stable real estate investments while ensuring broad risk diversification by investing in different regions and utilisation classes. The ERSTE IMMOBILIENFONDS allows you to profit from the earnings potential of real estate.
